TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SHOPPING

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this web site from www.equiteemyanmar.com.

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by www.equiteemyanmar.com. All prices are in Myanmar Kyats and include Commercial Tax.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY


Perfect will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the 5 working days (Monday – Friday). Where the goods are not available, you will be notified of this as quickly as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorized to receive the goods. You must ensure that a person is available and authorized to accept delivery of the goods, and payments must be made upon delivery. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Perfect may charge you additional delivery fees. Perfect holds the rights to cancel the order if the phone number listed cannot be contacted and/or if the delivery address could not be located. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS


Perfect would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, flawed or damaged upon delivery. In the event that you have received such item upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours you receive it, quoting receipt number, details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 5 working days of the resolution date.

 

 

CANCELLING A TRANSACTION


It is your responsibility to inform Perfect if you wish to cancel the order within 24 hours after the purchase made online or when Perfect delivery team contacts you via phone for purchase confirmation. For instances, customers located outside of Yangon, if the payment is made prior to delivery, Perfect agrees to provide you a full refund of the cost of the item within 7 working days of the receipt of the notification of cancellation if and only if the items are not yet delivered to the designated bus station, car gates, or train gates.

PRICES AND PAYMENT


For each online order, you must pay: the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Perfect and the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time.

Payment is expected upon product delivery or in advance if the address is outside of Yangon Region. Bank Transfer payments must be cleared funds in our bank account before we will dispatch/release goods.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS


When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please provide your mobile phone number. Delivery is via our own delivery team or delivery agents. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods.
